You can purchase tickets from The Unconformity Hall at 35 Cutten Street in Queenstown between 10am-5pm on Tuesday 26 August 2025. Tickets can be purchased by using cash or card transactions.

Anyone who is on the West Coast on Tuesday 26 August 2025 and is able to attend The Unconformity Hall can purchase presale tickets.

The presale tickets are only available in person on Tuesday 26 August 2025. If you can’t make it, tickets will be available online from 10am Friday 29 August 2025, be sure to use the Concession/West Coast ticket option.

Due to the intimate scale of many festival events, tickets can sell out quickly. At The Unconformity, we’re committed to supporting the community that helps shape and sustain the festival. The West Coast presale offers locals priority access to tickets, ensuring those who call the region home have the first opportunity to attend.

Entering the building from Cutten Street, head down the left side (facing Mount Lyell) and access the hallway using a short ramp. A short step of three inches is encountered at an internal doorway to gain access to the main hall. This internal doorway is 750mm wide.

Chairs will be provided at all ticket desks and in waiting areas. 

Please note that toilets are not available at this venue. 

A limit of six tickets per person applies to each event, except Unrise, which is limited to two tickets per person.
