The Unconformity is looking for volunteers to help bring our bold and unique festival to life in 2025.

It takes many hands and a diverse range of skills to make a festival like The Unconformity happen. If you're aged 18 years or older and would like to volunteer your time before, during, or after the festival, we invite you to join the team.

Volunteering is a great way to gain experience in events, see first-hand how a festival operates, and connect with the vibrant community of artists, audiences, and fellow volunteers. All volunteers receive a festival tote bag and t-shirt as a token of appreciation for being part of the team.
